Mrs. Mary Willie Spillman Dies At Daughter's Home
   Mrs. Mary Will Spillman, aged 69, died at eight Saturday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Effie Taylor, 318 West Highland Street, following an illness since Tuesday due to a stroke of paralysis. She was a native of Fayette county, Tenn., but had been a resident of Arkansas 40 years. She moved to Greene county from Mississippi county in 1900.
Funeral services were conducted yesterday afternoon from the East Side Methodist church and burial was made in the Linwood cemetery. The Rev. F. L. Boyles, pastor of the East Side Methodist church, officiated.
   Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. George Spillman, of Bard, and Mrs. Effie Taylor of Paragould; two sons, Marvin Roe, of the northern part of this city, and Lawrence Roe, of Bard; one brother, Thomas J. Boswell of Oakland, Tenn; 24 grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
