A male child of this age was shown in the 1820 census.  The same number of male children shown as under 5 in the 1820 census were shown as 5-10 in the 1830 with none 10-15.  At least 2 of those children are known to have been living in 1830 so it is assumed the census taker marked in the wrong slot.  No other information has ever been found on a James Roe born about 1818 in TN.
